In Unison Let's chant hooray,
For we are gathered here today
To listen to a jolly chap
Whom we have travelled far to trap.

Oh there he sits in silent mirth
For he knows what this poem is worth
Nary a dime or a plugged nickel
Which shows that the public is very fickle.
They'll probably curse me from now till May
For introducing him this way.

I bet you're getting rather grim
You would much rather hear from him.
So without more ado or more reciting of this trash,
Here is that fellow who goes by the name of Ogden Nash.
