LICENSING AGREEMENT FOR "LOVE AND IDOLS/A JEWISH OPERA" Barry Drogin 720 Greenwich Street #5T New York, NY 10014 In consideration of a one-time grand rights/royalty fee of $250, and by signing this contract and returning it to Barry Drogin, the signatory agrees to the following terms for use of the vocal- piano score of Barry Drogin's work, "Love and Idols/A Jewish Opera." I. Photocopies Unlimited photocopies can be made of the vocal-piano score of "Love and Idols" at the discretion of the signee(s) with the following restrictions: 1. The copyright notice and title page will appear on all copies of the score. 2. None of the copies will be given, lent, sold, rented, shared or in any way distributed to any other institution, individual or entity. 3. The signee(s) may keep the score copies in perpetuity unless any of the restrictions listed in this contract are violated; at which point the signee(s) must return all copies to Not Nice Music. II. Performance and Recording Rights The signee(s) is permitted to mount, produce, present and perform unlimited live stage performances of the work, record the work in any audio-only media, and distribute audio recordings of the work in any manner, with the following restrictions: 1. Due authorship credit must be given on all programs, printing and advertising for the performance and/or recording. 2. Barry Drogin must be notified of all live performances and/or audio recordings, within one (1) year after the performances and/or audio recordings. 3. Barry Drogin must be sent copies, within a year, of printed programs, listings and/or audio recordings, if available. 4. Permission is granted for unlimited live stage productions with no additional royalties by amateur groups in venues with maximum seating capacities of 400. Special arrangements must be made by professional groups, by amateur groups in venues with larger seating capacities, for television and radio broadcasting, for videotaping or other visual-medium recordings, and for any other use, whether or not admission is charged. Productions may not be video taped without prior arrangement. III. Rights Reserved Barry Drogin reserves the following rights and privileges: 1. Composer's and publisher's copyrights 2. Performance royalties for productions requiring special arrangements 3. Mechanical royalties for recordings 4.
