  • Max Drogin has graduated from HSMSE and is going to the University of Chicago in September 2014! Congratulations!

Max was named Most Outstanding Senior in school year 2013-2014 and Most Outstanding Sophomore in school year 2011-2012 at HSMSE!!

Max has been active in sports, excelling in the cross country team, the Flying Dragons. Max was junior captain of the team in his sophomore year (2011-2012), and became a co-captain in his final years. In addition to being named Most Valuable Player by his cross country coach, Max was also given the Scholar Award by the HSMSE Athletic Department in 2014.

Max can be seen in the photo posing with retiring teacher Dr. Ruth Stern. Max asked Dr. Stern to the prom! (He took someone else.) Max's coach, Tom Henning, can be seen at the far right of the photo, and his English teacher, Ms. Boylan, who he TA'ed for, can be seen at the left.

Thank you to all of the great teachers at HSMSE!!!
